F&K Delvotec is proud to announce the formation of a new company.
F&K Physiktechnik GmbH in Potsdam, Germany is the result of the many years of excellent co-operation between F&K Delvotec and GaP in Teltow.
The general managers of the new company are Mike Kölling, president of GaP, and Dr. Farhad Farassat, president of F&K.

Mike Kölling holds a master's degree in physics from the University of Leipzig, Germany and is an expert in the area of ultra-sonic systems. The new company will focus mainly on the development of ultra-sonic systems, as F&K Delvotec has recognized their importance and wants to devote more exclusive attention to this field.

The first major product is a fully digital US generator with programmable frequency. Other product lines will focus on optical inspection systems for ultrasonic action during the bonding process and inspection processes based on the impedance characteristics of bonding systems..

The products will be developed not only for F&K Delvotec machines but for general sale for a wide range of applications.
