Meet the F&K Delvotec, Inc. Management Team

The word team is not utilized loosely at F&K Delvotec. We take great pride in lustering a high level of team spirit throughout the organization. So high in fact that we often refer to our co-workers as an F&K Delvotec “family”.

Senior Management


	Farhad Farassat (PhD) President Farhad Farassat received his Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University in Munich, Germany in 1973. Farhad was one of the first Founders of the company, having served as Design Engineer and R&D Manager prior to the Management Buy-Out which he exercised in December 1992 together wit Said Kazemi. Farhad was appointed President of F&K Delvotec after the MBO. 1997 Farhad received his Doctorate from the Technical University Berlin and was 2001 awarded with the prestigious title Entrepreneur of the year in Germany. In addition to his duties as company president he has taken on the responsibility of Sales & Marketing. He is assisted by Philip Homami, Sales & Marketing Manager Europe, and Josef Sedlmair, PhD, Coordinator Sales International.	Said Kazemi Senior Vice President Finance & Administration Said Kazemi, a 1975 graduate from the Technical University in Munich, Germany, hold a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering. Said joined Delvotec in 1981 as R&D engineer and was involved in design and programming of machine control and operations software, and later served as Software Group Manager and R&D Manager prior to the Management Buy-Out of December 1992. Said was appointed Vice President and Technical Director after the MBO. In 1996 Said relocated to California to support the North American Operations of F&K Delvotec.





		Josef Sedlmair (PhD) Coordinator Sales & Marketing International Josef Sedlmair has been with F&K Delvotec for many years and is the first line of contact for our customers outside Europe. He coordinates all customer inquiries from Africa, Asia, Australia, North America, South America and New Zealand. 		Rick Bailey Vice President Operation Rick Bailey has spent 24 years in the Microelectronics Industry and has served Integrated Networks, Inc. as Manufacturing Manager, Mech-EL (MEI) and West·Bond as Regional Field Service, Sales, and Applications Engineering Manager, and DeWeyl Tool Co. as President, before he joined F&K Delvotec, Inc. in January 2001. Rick started his work for F&K Delvotec, Inc as Regional Sales. Service and Applications Manager in Northern California. Effective July 1st 2002, he was appointed General Manager of F&K Delvotec's North American Headquarters and then on January 1st 2007 he was appointed Vice President, Operations of F&K Delvotec's North American Headquarters in Foothill Ranch, CA.





		Philip Homami Manager Sales & Marketing Europe Philip Homami has contributed to F&K Delvotec’s success for several years. As of January 1st 2007, he has taken on the position of Sales & Marketing Manager Europe. In 2003 Philip supported our sales team in the US. In 2004 he became Project Manager Europe at F&K Delvotec's headquarters in Ottobrunn, Germany and from mid 2005 he coordinated all inquiries for our customers in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxemburg and The Netherlands. Over the past years he has gathered experience in the microelectronics industry with a special focus on semiconductor and high frequency technology. Ralph Christoph is the first line of contact for our customers in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxemburg and The Netherlands. Department Management


	Kris Nelson Operations Manager Kris Nelson joined F&K Delvotec in June 1996. As Operations Manager, Kris handles the day-to-day company operations including Accounting and Human Resources. She also handles machine order processing and logistics. Kris is a 1994 graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Prior to F&K Delvotec, Kris worked at West·Bond in Inside Sales and Logistics giving her over 20 years experience in the semiconductor industry.	Andreas Hanreich Wire Bond Group Manager Andreas Hanreich received his BS in Electronics Engineering 1995 from the University of Applied Science, Reutlingen, Germany. Andreas went 1997 as an Intern to the University of California in Berkley and joined F&K Delvotec team as Field Service Engineer in June 1998. Andreas was appointed Service & Applications Manager, Wire Bonder Group in October 2001.
